Could anyone who is able, test this combination please?

ZFSguru 0.3 + HyperV, does it work out of the box? Are there any issues you encounter?

I've got one report of a problem during boot, with error message:

Solaris: cannot find the pool label for '<poolname>'
Mounting from zfs:<poolname> failed with error 5.

I have heard HyperV does not work well with 10.2.x versions. But 10.1 and 11.0 should work. Can anyone confirm this, please?

I had all sorts of trouble trying to get ZFSguru 0.3 to run on Hyper-V with pass-thru disks.

After a bit of duck-duck-go'ing I found a Hyper-V Best Practices Guide that mentioned the 'Fast IDE Driver' should be disabled for FreeBSD.

I added this to the end of /boot/loader.conf:

# Disable the Fast IDE Driver...
hw.ata.disk_enable=1

and now it works great!
