A new system image based on FreeBSD 9.0-RELEASE is available and it tagged as 9.0-004.

This version is based on the final release of FreeBSD 9.0, and has several extra features as well. It has built-in support for OFED Infiniband adapters and has virtio drivers available for paravirtualization hardware, used by Virtualbox, KVM and BHyVe.

This version has lots of changes to system configuration, in particular:
  • Now only has a 'share' user and group instead of a 'nfs' user and group.
  • Above change means this system image should not be used with ZFSguru web-interface versions older than 0.2-beta3.
  • the login menu now has a different drawing of borders, which is less pretty but side-effect of system changes.
  • not equipped with any services; only the liveCD has built-in services now.

To upgrade to this system image, use the experimental LiveCD on the download page, or upgrade your running system via System->Install procedure.
